Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our condominium association team The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while maintaining our property to the highest standards. You will be responsible for performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep our building & grounds operating safely. efficiently, smoothly and efficiently and looking its best. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking pride in delivering quality results, we encourage you to apply Duties Perform routine building and grounds maintenance. Complete minor plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall and carpentry repairs. Assist with preventative maintenance projects. Conduct regular inspections of the property's interior and exterior. Maintain the cleanliness, appearance and safety of the community. Utilize hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks. Assist with obtaining contractor bids and coordinating outside vendors as needed. Identify maintenance concerns and recommend appropriate repairs. Experience Previous maintenance experience required. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall and general repair techniques preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license is a plus but not required.
