Job Description
BNB Networks seeking to awarded a Unit Turn contract to an On Call Handyman/Laborer 1099 Independent Contractor and be a vital part of diverse maintenance projects! This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your hands-on skills across a variety of work orders, from basic repairs to full unit turns. Your professionalism and expertise will be a contributing factor to the successful completion of daily maintenance projects. We value proactive, detail-oriented individuals who thrive on problem-solving and delivering quality craftsmanship. Contractors will be required to be available for after hour work orders and provide estimates for unit turns. Available to travel to assigned site within 1 hour of being dispatched for after hour support. This is a 1099 paid position paid Net 30/ Net 45 for Unit Turns We are hiring: Maintenance Technicians General Contractors Teams Professional Handyman All trades Perform general maintenance, repairs, cleaning, facility support solutions• Paid Net 30-45 for Unit Turn Jobs "additional compensation" Community provides all materials Conduct inspections for quality assurance and ensure adherence to safety standards on-site Must have equipment and tools needed to completed assigned work orders Must be able to submit estimates within 24 hours of dispatch if requested Must have proper license and insurance to complete handyman services Technician will be required to wear a maintenance t-shirt and have a smart phone to accept digital work orders. T-shirt and Community Badge cost will be deducted from first payment
