- We are seeking an experienced
- Maintenance Supervisor
- to oversee and support maintenance operations within an industrial manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting equipment failures, coordinating preventative maintenance, and helping ensure maximum equipment uptime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
- industrial machinery maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC-controlled equipment
- , along with the ability to lead maintenance activities and work closely with production teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Lead and support daily maintenance activities for production and facility equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair
- mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- . + Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs to minimize production downtime. + Perform and coordinate
- preventative and predictive maintenance
- on industrial machinery. + Troubleshoot hydraulic components including
- pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and related systems
- . + Repair and replace motors, bearings, gears, belts, chains, power transmission components, and other mechanical equipment. + Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including

- electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals
•. + Coordinate maintenance priorities with production leadership to keep equipment operating efficiently. + Assist with machinery installations, equipment upgrades, and facility maintenance projects. + Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and preventative maintenance documentation. + Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and according to company procedures. + Provide guidance and technical support to maintenance personnel when troubleshooting complex equipment issues.

- The pay range for this position is $25.
00 - $34.00/hr.
