In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom treads, risers, and railings that enhance the aesthetic and functionality of residential properties. You will be expected to ensure each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS FOR FIELD WORK

•Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute stair designs. Measure work areas precisely to ensure custom staircases fit seamlessly within architectural specifications. Install stair components using your own hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Install various staircase elements including treads, risers, skirts, and handrails with attention to detail. Ensure all work complies with safety standards such as power tool safety protocols and local building codes. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and resolve technical issues. Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety regulations related to heavy lifting and material handling. Qualifications Proven experience in construction blueprint reading, carpentry, or woodworking within residential or commercial settings. Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools for woodworking including saws, drills, sanders, and routers. Must have your own tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site during complex projects. Must pass background check. Must maintain a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
