$25.00 per hour We are seeking a reliable, experienced Handyman / Building Maintenance Technician to join our condominium building maintenance team in Deerfield Beach. The ideal candidate is a dependable, hands-on individual who takes pride in keeping the building, common areas, and equipment clean, safe, and in good working condition. Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman and building maintenance repairs. Assist the Chief Engineer with day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge in drywall repair is required.
• Perform painting, patching, caulking, and other general repairs
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance, if needed.
• Assist with maintenance of common areas, hallways, pool areas, and other building facilities
• Inspect the property and identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems
• Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive property
• Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications
• Previous handyman, building maintenance, apartment, condominium, hotel, or property maintenance experience preferred
• Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance
• Ability to use common hand and power tools safely
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Professional and courteous when interacting with residents
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance duties
• Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer
