Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Maintenance Asst to assist with leading our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of our facilities and manufacturing processes. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of industrial maintenance, managing maintenance schedules, and coordinating repairs to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. Duties Supervise daily maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and low/high voltage systems. Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and project tasks. Develop and implement maintenance management strategies using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history. Oversee the interpretation of schematics, technical drawings, and electrical/mechanical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Manage facilities management activities including HVAC systems, electrical systems (low voltage and high voltage), and industrial machinery to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and troubleshooting to identify faults efficiently. Plan and execute projects related to equipment upgrades or facility improvements while adhering to safety protocols and budget constraints. Ensure adherence to safety regulations related to electrical systems, high voltage operations, and industrial maintenance procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on manufacturing processes to optimize equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and compliance records. Skills Proven management experience leading maintenance teams in industrial or manufacturing settings. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively. Extensive electrical experience including working with low voltage and high voltage systems safely. Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping. Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and industrial maintenance standards. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting. Project management skills for coordinating upgrades or new installations within manufacturing environments. Excellent leadership abilities combined with supervising experience to motivate teams toward operational excellence. Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting, documentation, and team collaboration.
