Respond promptly to maintenance requests. Document all maintenance activities thoroughly in logs and reports for compliance and future reference. Skills Knowledge and use of tools and mechanical systems repair Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and preventive maintenance. Good organization skills - priority. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
