Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Operations Support / Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying active, solving problems, and supporting field installation crews. Tasks Organize and maintain the company yard Perform basic small engine repairs and maintenance Support installation teams with tools, materials, and equipment Pick up and deliver materials and equipment as needed Load, unload, organize, and maintain equipment Assist with general maintenance and operational tasks Keep the yard, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Help ensure installation crews have the materials and equipment they need Qualifications Hands-on mechanical or maintenance experience preferred Ability to perform basic small engine repairs Valid driver's license and reliable driving record Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment Dependable, organized, and able to work independently CDL preferred, but not required ASE certification preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities What We Offer $20-$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications Full-time opportunity Hands-on, varied work with opportunities to develop mechanical and operational skills A team-oriented work environment If you're a reliable, hardworking person who enjoys working with your hands and wants a position where every day is a little different, we'd like to hear from you.
