This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, perform hands-on maintenance, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining pool , handling water treatment chemicals, and ensuring all pool areas meet. Your expertise will help create inviting aquatic environments for our clients and community members alike. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, skimming, brushing, and vacuuming to keep pools pristine and inviting Monitor and adjust pool chemistry to maintain proper water balance using water treatment chemicals safely and accurately Inspect and maintain plumbing systems associated with pools to prevent leaks or malfunctions Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and supplies to various aquatic facilities Conduct regular inspections of outdoor pools and surrounding areas to ensure safety compliance and cleanliness Handle chemical agents responsibly, following all safety protocols for storage, mixing, and disposal. Experience Prior experience working with aquatic facilities or in pool maintenance is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems, filters, and water treatment equipment Hands-on experience with chemical handling specific to water treatment and pool chemistry balancing Customer service skills to communicate clearly with clients or facility staff regarding maintenance needs or safety concerns Outdoor work experience is advantageous due to the nature of the role's environment Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely and responsibly This position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in outdoor settings, enjoy technical problem-solving, and take pride in maintaining safe, beautiful aquatic environments.
