Summary We are seeking a skilled Pool Technician to join our team at Pinch A Penny in Fernandina Beach. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing our customers' pool experiences by providing top-notch service and expertise. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering quality pool care and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on swimming pools. Conduct thorough pool cleaning services to ensure optimal water quality. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients. Maintain accurate records of services performed and equipment used. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment. Previous experience as a service technician is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
