Established General Contractor hiring full-time maintenance technicians responsible for performing repairs and general maintenance: Requires a minimum of five (5) years' experience of interior and exterior repairs: Retail Construction Ceramic Tile Grout & Schluter System Detex Panic Devices Traffic Doors & Emergency Exit Door (Hardware) Cart Stops Silicone Application Mirrors Drywall repair & paint Must be well-organized with good communication skills, ability to use email and able to write up paperwork. Must have own tools, transportation (truck/van), valid driver's license and legally allowed to work in the US. You will be traveling to stores in different counties. Must be able to work overnight (Sunday-Thursday 10pm - 6am) when needed.

Compensation:
