The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance, ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive approach to service and repair, as well as the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial pools. Inspect pool equipment for proper operation and identify any necessary repairs. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed and equipment status. Communicate with clients regarding pool conditions, maintenance schedules, and any required repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on-site. Troubleshoot issues related to pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders. Be able to install Motors, Pool Pumps, Feeders, etc. Have adequate knowledge in Plumbing and Electricals. Proven work experience as a technician. Have ability to work outdoors in rain or heat. Experience Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing is essential. Experience in equipment repair is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to schedules. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
