Current Openings:

Retail Sales / Outside Support Associate Lead Pool Cleaning Technician Full-time positions are available. Pay is based on position, experience, and qualifications.

RETAIL SALES / OUTSIDE SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

This is a great position for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to do the exact same thing every day. This employee will primarily assist customers in our retail store but will also be cross-trained to help our outside departments when needed.

Inside responsibilities include:

Assist customers with pool and spa products Perform water testing and recommend appropriate chemicals Learn pool equipment, replacement parts and accessories Help customers identify equipment problems and set up service work orders Sell pool equipment, chemicals, cleaners, filters and supplies Maintain shelves, inventory and store appearance Answer phones and assist with customer questions Identify opportunities to recommend additional products customers may need Outside responsibilities may include: Assist with Hot Spring Spa deliveries Help with moving and positioning spas Assist pool cleaning crews when additional help or coverage is needed Help with outside projects and store operations as needed This position requires someone who is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and is willing to learn multiple areas of the pool and spa business. Retail or pool experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

POOL CLEANING TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a dependable Pool Cleaning Technician to maintain residential swimming pools on an established weekly route. This is an outdoor, hands-on position that requires someone who can work efficiently while maintaining high standards for water quality and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Add appropriate chemicals Brush, skim and vacuum pools as needed Empty baskets and clean filters as required Inspect pool equipment during service Identify equipment problems and communicate needed repairs Maintain accurate service records Communicate professionally with customers Work with and help direct a pool cleaning helper when assigned Maintain company truck, equipment and supplies

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Applicants should be: Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in Florida heat and outdoors Able to perform physical work and lift equipment/supplies Professional with customers Willing to learn Able to follow company procedures Detail-oriented Team players Comfortable working independently when required Able to maintain a professional appearance Valid driver's license required Pool industry experience is a plus, but attitude, dependability and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.
