Job DescriptionApartment Maintenance Technician Location:

3119 Camelot Dr, Haines City, FL 33844 Join our team at one of Central Florida's largest communities. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping a property looking its best. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and interacting with residents. Responsibilities Complete daily work orders and maintenance requests Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains, shutoff valves) Basic electrical repairs (switches, outlets, fixtures) Drywall repair and painting Door, lock, window and hardware repairs Install appliances, fixtures and ceiling fans Perform preventive maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance calls when scheduled Qualifications 3+ years of apartment, residential maintenance experience preferred Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues independently Valid driver's license Ability to lift 75 pounds Excellent customer service skills Must pass background screening Compensation $24-$32/hour (Based on experience) Overtime available.
