Job Description

Overnight Pressure Washing & Maintenance Technician Location:

Central Florida Schedule:

Full-Time Overnight Shift (Typically 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience Nroute Facility Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Overnight Pressure Washing & Maintenance Technician. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and building a long-term career.

Responsibilities:

Commercial pressure washing Clean sidewalks, storefronts, parking lots and buildings Remove gum, grease, mildew and stains Operate hot and cold water pressure washing equipment Sealcoating and parking lot striping Minor pothole and concrete curb repairs Load, unload and maintain equipment Follow safety procedures and quality standards Travel to commercial properties throughout

Central Florida Qualifications:

Reliable and punctual Able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors Overnight availability Valid driver's license preferred Experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
