The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment. This role requires a background in basic maintenance duties such as trash pick up, moving heavy objects, painting, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for all staff and customers. Duties Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs Perform repairs including dry wall and concrete Carry out facilities maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, and general upkeep Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly Supervise maintenance staff when necessary, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Skills Proficient in maintenance duties with hands-on experience in troubleshooting Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair various types of equipment Familiarity with residential painting techniques and practices Experience in supervising teams or projects is preferred Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage Excellent customer service skills and must be able to communication in both English and Spanish Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and efficiency within the maintenance department Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where your skills will contribute significantly to our operational success!
