Goode Brothers Roofs and Gutters is looking for an experienced Pool Screen Installer to join our growing team in Hastings, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to showcase your craft with a company that takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and replace pool screen enclosures, screen rooms, and lanai structures Measure, cut, and fit aluminum framing and screen material to project specifications (also assist with ordering materials) Inspect existing structures for damage and determine appropriate repair solutions Ensure all installations meet local building codes and safety standards Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently on job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers throughout the project Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in pool screen enclosure or screen room installation Proficiency with aluminum framing, spline rolling, and screen tensioning techniques Ability to work at heights and in outdoor Florida weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday Self-motivated, dependable, and a strong team player
