Join our new team and help us launch exciting and improved park operations! We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused General Maintenance team member to join our team and help maintain our facilities, equipment, and grounds. The ideal candidate is hands-on, hardworking, and takes pride in keeping the park clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for our guests.

Position Responsibilities:

Receive and complete work orders, in a timely and efficient manner, as required by Maintenance Department policies and procedures. Must assist in the completion, tracking and reporting of work orders Duties may include general painting, carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, masonry, landscaping maintenance, etc. Perform assigned maintenance and mechanical duties for buildings and associated facilities, furnishings and equipment as requested Capable of "hands on repairs" in most maintenance disciplines Comply with all safety policies and procedures including when lifting, climbing, etc. Be available to assist other team members with maintenance related tasks Required Qualifications Demonstrate basic skill in the use of tools, materials and equipment common to maintenance and repair Possess the initiative to learn and willingness to grow in maintenance operations Understand and effectively follow oral and written instructions Must be able to work on ladders, scaffolding, elevated platforms or crawl spaces, tunnels, ledges and roofs and understand the OSHA safety requirements as applicable Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally Must have a valid driver's license to operate vehicles throughout property

Experience :

1 year of general maintenance and/or construction Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.
