Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise fence installation. Measure, cut, assemble, and install fencing materials using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Handle building materials with care, ensuring proper storage and transportation on-site. Perform heavy lifting tasks to move fencing panels, posts, and other materials as required for installation. Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites. Coordinate with team members to complete fence construction projects on time and meet quality standards. Conduct site inspections to verify proper alignment, stability, and aesthetic quality of installed fences. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry, frame carpentry, or general construction work with a focus on outdoor projects. Ability to read construction plans and interpret technical drawings accurately. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and masonry techniques related to fence construction. Strong physical stamina for outdoor work including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and power tool operation. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about project progress and expectations.
