Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Technician to join our team. Unfortunately we dont have time to train a new tech, so please dont apply if you are not experienced. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing pools to ensure they are clean, safe, and in proper working condition. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use power and hand tools effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspection
  • Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
  • Conduct water testing to ensure proper chemical levels and adjust as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any pool-related problems
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of pool maintenance tasks
Experience:
  • Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for equipment repair and maintenance
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of pool systems and components
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
