Job Description
Job Summary Links Golf LLC operates Sugarmill Woods Country Club, Citrus National Golf Club, and Oak Village Sports Complex in Homosassa, Florida. Our facilities include golf courses, restaurants, recreational amenities, and event venues that serve members and guests throughout the community. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Pool Technician / Sports Complex Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining our Junior Olympic-size swimming pool and ensuring the surrounding sports complex facilities remain clean, safe, and well maintained. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain water quality, chemical levels, and filtration systems for a Junior Olympic-size swimming pool. Perform routine pool inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot and address pool equipment issues, coordinating repairs when necessary. Maintain pool decks, surrounding grounds, and sports complex common areas. Assist with general facility maintenance, including minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of recreational facilities. Ensure all work is completed in a safe, professional, and timely manner. Maintain accurate records of pool testing, chemical usage, and maintenance activities. Qualifications Pool Technician Certification required. Knowledge of pool chemistry, filtration systems, pumps, and equipment maintenance. Previous experience in pool maintenance and facility maintenance preferred. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
