Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance personnel for our Islamorada, FL property location. The ideal candidate with a specialized focus on maintenance for large private property. This fulltime role is responsible for sanding, painting, landscaping, dock maintenance, working with power tools, and light carpentry. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, mechanically inclined, problem solver, and comfortable working in climates accustomed to heat throughout the year. Must have solid 4-6 years of experience. Qualifications Required High school diploma 4-6+ years of experience in construction maintenance, general maintenance, construction Working knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to read basic instructions, diagrams, or work orders Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, climbing, and walking for extended periods Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent 40+ hour schedule Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or carpentry work Work Environment & Physical Requirements Environment with exposure to noise, dust, and hot climate year-round Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and manual dexterity required Use of ladders, tools, and material handling equipment Othe Important Information Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a background check, security clearance check, motor vehicle checks and drug test.
