Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all facilities and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across various systems. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and functional environment. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct repairs on electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and circuit breakers. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Maintain and repair logic controllers and other automated systems. Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or upgrades. Execute residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic standards. Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Perform structural repairs or modifications when necessary. Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Skills Strong background in facilities maintenance with hands-on experience in various trades. Proficiency in residential painting techniques and materials. Solid understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting methods. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Experience with maintaining logic controllers and automated systems is preferred. Fabrication skills for creating custom parts or solutions are advantageous. Leadership qualities to guide team members during projects effectively. Welding skills for metal repairs or modifications are a plus. Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently. Must be able to pass background check and drug test screening.
