Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to work effectively on various types of fencing projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Duties Install various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental iron. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations efficiently and accurately. Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed for fence posts and bases. Assemble fence panels and gates according to specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites. Assist with landscape maintenance and hardscape projects as required. Conduct repairs on existing fences when necessary. Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry; experience in frame carpentry is a plus. Familiarity with welding techniques is desirable. Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physically demanding tasks. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to fence installation. Previous construction site experience is preferred. Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing processes is beneficial. Experience with masonry work is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project plans accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
