About Us:
CollinsBuilt Pools is a growing, professional pool service and repair company dedicated to providing top-tier service in Lake Helen, FL and the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time. We are currently looking for a highly skilled, reliable, and experienced Lead Technician to join our team.
The Role:
Please note: This is not an entry-level pool cleaning position. We are seeking an advanced pool professional who understands the mechanics, plumbing, and complex chemistry behind commercial and residential pool systems. If you are comfortable diagnosing a faulty variable speed pump, replumbing a filter system, and balancing LSI, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
Service & Maintenance:
Clean and comprehensively service both newly constructed and existing pool systems to the highest standards.
Expert Water Chemistry:
Provide accurate water chemistry analysis and administer precise, advanced treatment options (including LSI balancing).
Mechanical & Plumbing Troubleshooting:
Expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pool plumbing, mechanical issues, and filtration equipment.
New Pool Construction:
Actively assist the construction team with various aspects of new pool builds, equipment pad installations, and system upgrades.
Customer Service Excellence:
Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating with clients regarding their system's health, repair options, and preventative maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
Certification:
Active Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in pool equipment repair, plumbing, and advanced maintenance.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of modern automation systems and variable speed technology.
Requirements:
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
