- Flexible Pay Options What You'll Be Doing As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our community looking its best by:
- Preparing apartments for new residents
- Interior painting, touch-ups, patching, and minor repairs
- Completing general handyman projects throughout the community
- Assisting with preventative maintenance and work orders
- Supporting the Maintenance Director with daily maintenance tasks
- Keeping tools, supplies, and maintenance areas organized We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Previous painting and handyman/maintenance experience
- Experience with apartment turns or residential maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, and minor repairs
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
