You'll install signs of every kind across South Florida, drive a company vehicle with the tools and equipment provided, and get the satisfaction of watching your work go up. It's daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with your evenings and weekends mostly free, backed by an established

® center with steady work and a crew that takes pride in a clean, finished install. What you'll do You'll install interior and exterior signs across South Florida, from dimensional letters and monument signs to window and wall graphics, ADA and wayfinding signs, and basic vehicle graphics. Working from the drawings and work order, you'll use hand and power tools and access equipment like ladders, scaffolds, and lifts to deliver clean, level, professional installs. Between jobs, you'll help in the shop and keep your vehicle and tools in order. What we're looking for (must-haves) Hands-on experience in sign installation, construction, carpentry, metalwork, or a similar skilled trade Comfortable working at heights and operating ladders, scaffolding, and lift systems Mechanically inclined and able to safely use hand and power tools (drills, grinders, saws, riveters, levels, lasers, and heat guns) Able to read basic drawings, specs, and work orders Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and willing to travel throughout South Florida Able to lift and carry 50 to 75 lbs and work outdoors in Florida heat, rain, and sun Able to communicate professionally in English (Spanish is a plus) U.S. work authorization; background and driving record screening may apply Nice to have (not required, we'll train the rest) Prior sign installation experience Knowledge of anchors, substrates, adhesives, and fastening methods Experience applying cut vinyl and printed graphics Experience with channel letters, monument signs, and illuminated signs (low voltage basics), and coordinating with licensed electricians Lift or boom operation experience and certification Vehicle wraps or partial wraps, and wall graphic or mural installation Knowledge of ADA standards for signs and wayfinding
OSHA 10, OSHA
