Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experianced, dependable, and detail-oriented Custodial/Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive residential community. This position is responsible for cleaning common areas, performing basic maintenance tasks, assisting with property upkeep, and responding to resident and management requests. Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including amenity areas.
  • Perform routine property inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Complete basic repairs and upkeep, including light plumbing, irrigation, painting, minor electrical tasks, and general repairs.
  • Perform grounds maintenance, trash removal, seasonal tasks, and community appearance.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas in an organized manner.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to residents, guests, vendors, and staff.
  • Follow safety procedures and association policies. Qualifications
  • Five years of previous custodial, maintenance, facilities, or property management experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance, tools, and repair techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical duties as required.
  • Valid driver's license and transportation required.
Schedule & Compensation Full-time position available. Schedule may include weekends, holidays, or occasional emergency response as needed. Compensation based on experience and qualifications. Join our team and help maintain a welcoming, well-kept community for our residents and guests.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
