Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experianced, dependable, and detail-oriented Custodial/Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive residential community. This position is responsible for cleaning common areas, performing basic maintenance tasks, assisting with property upkeep, and responding to resident and management requests. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas, including amenity areas.
- Perform routine property inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Complete basic repairs and upkeep, including light plumbing, irrigation, painting, minor electrical tasks, and general repairs.
- Perform grounds maintenance, trash removal, seasonal tasks, and community appearance.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas in an organized manner.
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents, guests, vendors, and staff.
- Follow safety procedures and association policies. Qualifications
- Five years of previous custodial, maintenance, facilities, or property management experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, tools, and repair techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to prioritize daily tasks.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical duties as required.
- Valid driver's license and transportation required.
