Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries related to maintenance issues. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Previous experience supervising staff is preferred but not mandatory. A proactive attitude towards safety and quality assurance in all maintenance tasks.
