Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with unit owners and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
