Job Overview A small condominium community in the heart of Maitland is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape maintenance. This role involves performing a range of tasks to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality work. This is an excellent opportunity for a retiree who enjoys working outside. The ideal candidate will live near the Maitland area. This is a part-time position of 6 to 8 hours per week.
