Love working outdoors and take pride in doing the job right? Join Puddle Pool Services - North Orlando as an experienced Pool Service Technician. You'll service residential and commercial pools, spas, hot tubs, and water features throughout North Orlando. We provide a company service vehicle during work hours, tools, equipment, chemicals, a company phone, and an established route. We're looking for a dependable, experienced technician who can work independently, communicate professionally, and wants to grow with an expanding company. Key Responsibilities Perform weekly cleaning and routine maintenance for pools, spas, hot tubs, and water features Test, balance, and adjust water chemistry to appropriate standards Clean filters and perform basic equipment troubleshooting and minor maintenance Accurately document all service visits using company-provided mobile software Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and management Maintain clean, organized equipment, vehicles, and worksites Identify and report equipment, water chemistry, or property issues requiring follow-up Deliver reliable, high-quality service on an assigned route Required Qualifications 2+ years of residential pool and spa service experience Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry and routine maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Dependable, honest, self-motivated, and able to work independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and email Valid Florida driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work vehicle/start location Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications Commercial pool service experience Experience servicing DE filters Experience using manual/pole pool vacuums Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification Compensation and Benefits $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience Approximately 40 hours per week Bonuses and performance incentives Company service vehicle provided during work hours Company cell phone Uniforms, tools, equipment, and chemicals provided Paid training and ongoing technical development Opportunities for advancement into Lead Technician or management roles Schedule and Work Location Full-time, year-round position Monday through Friday Day shift, approximately 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Occasional weekend work as needed On-the-road service within an assigned North Orlando territory Work location: In person About Puddle Pool Services - North Orlando Puddle Pool Services is a growing residential and commercial pool and spa service company with locations across the U.S. and Canada. Our locally owned North Orlando team serves Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Longwood, Lake Mary, Winter Springs, and Oviedo. We're building a team of dependable technicians who take pride in their work, deliver consistent service, and want the opportunity to grow with the company.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
