HIGH CLASS MRO
s is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, repairing, inspecting, and overhauling aircraft components and electronic components in accordance with approved technical data, manufacturer manuals, and company procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced FAA Part 145 repair station environment. Essential Responsibilities Troubleshoot, test, repair, and overhaul aircarft parts and electronic aircraft components Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, component maintenance manuals (CMMs), and technical data Perform functional testing using specialized test equipment Document all maintenance actions accurately and clearly Ensure all work complies with
FAA, EASA, UK
CAA, and company quality standards Maintain clean and organized workstations following ESD and FOD procedures Identify defective parts and recommend corrective actions Work closely with Quality Control and Engineering departments Assist with incoming inspections and teardown evaluations Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Meet turnaround time goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship Follow all company safety procedures and regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous aviation maintenance experience preferred FAA repair station or aviation industry experience is a must Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Must have Experience with Coffee makers, along with some hydraulic and pneumatic experience. Familiarity with bench testing equipment and electronic diagnostics Basic computer and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Preferred Qualifications FCC License preferred FAA A&P License is a plus Experience with commercial aircraft components Knowledge of ESD handling procedures Experience in Part 145 environment preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Good manual dexterity for handling small electronic components Ability to work in a production and repair environment Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays and paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Ongoing training and development Supportive team-oriented environment

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
