• $22 / hour What you'll be doing as an

Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment to help reduce breakdowns and downtime
• Inspect and test machinery and equipment to identify potential problems before failures occur
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues
• Repair or replace faulty machine parts, components, and systems as needed
• Lubricate, clean, adjust, and calibrate machinery to keep equipment operating properly
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist in restoring machinery to safe and efficient operation
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to complete repairs
• Read and follow equipment manuals, diagrams, schematics, and maintenance instructions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
• Work with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all plant safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned Available shifts: Shift timings
• All Available Job requirements:
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous industrial, manufacturing, or machine maintenance experience is required
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, diagrams, and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance or production team
• Comfortable working around industrial manufacturing machinery
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crouch, climb, and perform physical maintenance work throughout the shift
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
