Job Summary As our Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and preservation of our guest rooms and common areas. Your goal is to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for every guest who stays with us. Key Responsibilities ​

General Repairs:

Perform basic plumbing (leaky faucets, clogged drains), electrical (changing bulbs, replacing outlets), and carpentry tasks. ​

Preventative Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections of HVAC units, PTAC systems, and appliances to prevent breakdowns. ​

Room Upkeep:

Handle "touch-up" tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and fixing furniture or fixtures. ​

Exterior Maintenance:

Maintain the curb appeal by ensuring the parking lot, and walkways are clean and safe. ​

Emergency Response:

Address urgent maintenance requests from guests or the front desk promptly and professionally. ​ Qualifications ​Proven experience in general maintenance or a related trade (Handyman, HVAC, Construction). ​Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude. ​Ability to work independently and manage a daily task list. ​Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods. ​Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or "on-call" shifts.
