Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable Facility Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance services at various client locations as assigned. This position focuses on industrial filter replacement, equipment cleaning, and general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a variety of industrial and commercial environments. Key Responsibilities Travel to assigned job sites to perform maintenance services. Replace and maintain industrial filters according to scheduled maintenance programs. Clean equipment, machinery, and work areas. Perform basic maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and inspections. Identify and report maintenance issues, equipment concerns, or unsafe conditions. Follow all safety procedures and company policies at each work location. Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working conditions. Adapt to different industrial and commercial work environments. Properly wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, steel-toe boots, respirators, and other safety gear as required by the job site and company policies. Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance, industrial cleaning, or a related field is preferred. Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools. Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Ability and willingness to wear required PPE and comply with all safety regulations and site-specific safety requirements. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and others. Safety Requirements Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Properly wear and maintain required PPE at all times while on job sites. Participate in safety training and obtain required certifications. Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or hazards immediately. Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and job-site safety requirements.
