This vital role involves maintaining and repairing a wide range of systems and equipment to provide guests with a safe, comfortable, and inviting environment. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help uphold our high standards of quality and service, making every guest's stay memorable. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems promptly and efficiently. Conduct repairs involving welding, painting, and other mechanical tasks to maintain the property's aesthetic and functional standards. Use tools to diagnostic equipment to identify faults in electrical circuits or mechanical components. Supervise or assist with larger maintenance projects Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Quore Collaborate with front desk staff and management to address guest service requests related to facilities or equipment issues swiftly. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork..
