This position is under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Director. This position is the department head for the environmental services staff. The individual in this position is primarily responsible for the overall maintenance of the community grounds. This individual is responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems as well as the upkeep of building, building grounds and facility equipment. Responsible for the maintenance, repair, custodial and security management of the Assisted Living units, common areas, equipment, property and the grounds Inspects all work for accuracy and ensures the completion of each work assignment Installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical and other related systems throughout property Inspects, operates and maintains the heating, cooling and ventilation systems (including boiler system) throughout property Completes general repairs such as painting, patching walls, wall paper, flooring, security etc Completes maintenance work through stipulated procurement process
