Job Description

Job Summary Swim Ready Pool Service is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for maintaining pools to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in quality service, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including brushing, skimming, vacuuming, and emptying baskets Test and adjust water chemistry to maintain safe, balanced conditions Complete monthly filter cleanings and monitor pump/filter performance Inspect and service equipment such as pumps, salt systems, and valves Use mobile app to document visits, log chemicals, and upload photos Drive company vehicle safely between stops; maintain vehicle readiness Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers regarding service or equipment concerns Follow company policies, including proper attire and respectful conduct on client properties Requirements Must provide a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) abstract at time of hire. Basic understanding of pool chemistry and equipment (we'll train the right person) Strong attention to detail and accountability Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in variable weather, and move efficiently between jobs Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable using smartphone apps for check-ins and reporting Must follow safety guidelines and maintain a professional appearance and attitude Prior experience in pool service is a plus Join our team as a Pool Technician where your skills will contribute to creating safe and enjoyable swimming environments for our clients!
