About Building Legacies Handyman Service Building Legacies Handyman Service is a growing, veteran-owned company providing residential and commercial repair and maintenance services throughout North Florida and North Alabama We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and skilled Handyman to join our team on a part-time basis to start. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants the opportunity to grow with a small business. This position can quickly develop into full-time work for the right person based on dependability, work quality, attitude, and overall performance. Pay $17-$25 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. $17/hour starting pay for applicants with little to no experience Higher starting pay for applicants with proven experience and skills Up to $25/hour for highly experienced and dependable candidates with strong skills across multiple areas Opportunities for increased hours, full-time employment, and higher pay based on performance and reliability What You'll Be Doing Our work varies from job to job.

Responsibilities may include:

General home repairs and maintenance Carpentry and woodworking Drywall repair and installation Painting and touch-up work Door, trim, and hardware repairs Deck and fence replacement and repair Pressure washing and exterior cleaning Property maintenance Crawlspace cleanouts and related services Helping with crawlspace encapsulation and exclusion work Removing and hauling off job-site debris Using hand tools and power tools safely Keeping job sites clean and organized Communicating professionally with customers Working independently and as part of a team Identifying problems and finding practical solutions What We're Looking For The most important thing we're looking for is someone we can depend on.
