Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a route of residential pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a combination of hands-on skills, and customer service abilities to provide exceptional pool maintenance services. Duties Perform routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections. Conduct thorough pool cleaning, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing walls and cleaning out pool filters. Maintain accurate records of service visits and chemical usage. Communicate with clients regarding pool care if they come out and talk to you. Pick up and drop off work truck daily after route is completed. Experience Previous experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance is not required, we will train you thoroughly. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Fluent in speaking English so you are able to clearly communicate with customers.
