This position is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience, owns basic tools, has reliable transportation, and wants a steady flow of jobs without having to find customers or handle marketing.

Typical work includes:

Furniture assemblyTV mountingShelf and curtain rod installationMinor drywall repairTouch-up paintingDoor and hardware installationFaucet and fixture replacementCeiling fan and light fixture replacementMinor plumbing repairsGeneral home repairs and installations

Requirements:

Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or installation experienceReliable transportationBasic personal toolsGood communication with customersPunctual and dependableAble to follow instructions and work independentlyClean and professional appearancePhotos of previous work are strongly preferred

Pay:

Approximately $25-$30 per hour depending on experience, tools, and ability to complete jobs independently. Higher pay may be available for an experienced technician who can handle jobs independently.
