Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description Join a dynamic team where you will play a critical role in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, gearboxes, and 3-phase motors. Your expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics will be invaluable as you ensure the smooth operation of our production processes. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment including conveyors, gearboxes, motors (3-phase), and pumps. Utilize experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems to maintain equipment functionality. Work with extrusion, molding, and fabrication/cutting equipment as needed. Perform PLC troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime, programming not required. Read and interpret blueprints to guide maintenance activities. Essential Skills Industrial maintenance experience. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repair tasks. Experience with blueprint reading and 3-phase electrical systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with extrusion, molding, and fabrication equipment is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
