Pool Service Technician - 1099 Subcontractor Florida Man Pool Care Looking to pick up some extra pool route work without committing to a full-time position? Florida Man Pool Care is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, experienced pool service subcontractor to help cover an upcoming route for 2 days in the next couple of weeks . This is initially a short-term opportunity, but for the right person, it could turn into consistent work a couple of days per week as we continue to grow. What We're Looking For We need someone who can step into a route and get the job done professionally without needing constant supervision.

You should:

Have previous residential pool service/cleaning experience Understand basic pool water chemistry and chemical balancing Know how to brush, net, vacuum, empty baskets, and clean filters Be dependable and show up when scheduled Take pride in leaving pools clean and customers happy Communicate if you notice equipment problems or unusual pool conditions Be comfortable working independently 1099 Subcontractor Requirements This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position.

Contractor must provide:

Reliable vehicle capable of servicing a pool route Your own pool cleaning tools and equipment Reliable cell phone Valid driver's license Appropriate insurance Ability to work independently and complete the assigned route Additional independent-contractor requirements will be discussed before work begins.
