Our team of aquatic experts has helped shape the very standards that govern the aquatics industry. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pool Service Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual who thrives outdoors, enjoys leading by example, and values integrity.

Position:

Commercial Pool Service Lead As a Pool Service Lead , you will oversee pool operations at a designated commercial property. You'll be responsible for ensuring that pool and spa systems run safely and efficiently, performing maintenance activities, monitoring water quality, and upholding our commitment to resort-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning, water testing, and pool maintenance. Safely handle and apply pool chemicals in compliance with company standards. Test and balance water chemistry for safe and clear conditions. Brush tile lines, pool walls, and pool bottoms to maintain cleanliness. Inspect, maintain, test, and diagnose pool equipment performance. Identify equipment repair needs and communicate them promptly to the office. Complete daily field documentation and site reports accurately. Follow One Stop Pool Pros' proven service methods to deliver consistent results. Work independently on-site while maintaining communication with management. Comply with all safety procedures, including safe working and driving habits. Uphold company standards of customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct . Requirements for this position are that you have: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required). Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record . Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions. Able to lift up to 100 lbs . Ability to read and write in English. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
