Job Description
Job Summary ZenTech Consulting is seeking a hands-on Machine Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This position is ideal for someone with mechanical and electrical maintenance experience who can quickly diagnose equipment issues and keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Replace bearings, belts, motors, sensors, switches, and other components Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements Read basic electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment issues to management Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lockout/tagout practices Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime Qualifications 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Or Relatable Skills Required Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic to intermediate electrical troubleshooting experience Experience with motors, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and related machinery Ability to use common hand and power tools Ability to troubleshoot equipment independently and work effectively with a production team Strong attention to safety and detail
