Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facilities equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building interior components. Diagnose and repair all aspects for gym equipment. Cardio, selectorized, plate loaded, free weight, and recovery equipment. Perform welding, carpentry, painting, and other hands-on tasks to maintain building integrity and appearance. Oversee plumbing system maintenance and repair to ensure optimal operation of water supply and drainage systems. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting automated systems and machinery. Supervise maintenance projects, coordinate with vendors or contractors as needed, and provide leadership to junior technicians. Maintain accurate records of work performed using maintenance management systems (MRO) tools; interpret schematics for complex repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all maintenance activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally. facilities maintenance or related field with strong mechanical knowledge. Hands-on expertise with electrical equipment repair, HVAC system troubleshooting, plumbing system maintenance, welding, carpentry, and painting. Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics accurately for troubleshooting purposes. Supervising or leadership experience in a maintenance environment is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Valid certifications in electrical work or HVAC repair are preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided if needed.
