Tasks include:
scheduling and communicating with renters, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, carpentry, cleaning, drywall repair, creating invoices, running errands, inspecting properties & more. There will be daily travel between our properties which are located between West Palm Beach, FL and Hobe Sound, FL. Living within 5 to 7 miles of Palm Beach Gardens is essential. This is a Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm) position. On some occasions working on a Saturday or evening might be required. Job Requirements 1). Live within 5 to 7 miles of Palm Beach Gardens 2). 5+ years of maintenance / handyman / painting experience. 3). Maintain reliable transportation & vehicle insurance 4). Speak and write fluently in English 5). Some knowledge of computers and responding to emails is necessary 6). Be able to occasionally move heavy items such as appliances or furniture 7). Pass a drug test and background checks Compensation
  • $23.50 to $26.50 an hour
  • One week of paid vacation after 6 months of employment
