Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of residential and commercial swimming pools. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Pool Technician, you will ensure that pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly for our clients. Duties Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Conduct water testing and chemical balancing to ensure optimal water quality. Inspect pool equipment for functionality and perform necessary repairs or replacements as needed. Utilize power tools and hand tools for equipment repairs and installations. Maintain accurate records of service performed and communicate with clients regarding their pool maintenance needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Stay updated on industry best practices and safety standards related to pool maintenance. Experience Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in pool maintenance and repair tasks is advantageous. A background as a service technician or in a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
