Position available for a Maintenance Technician to work at our premium-rental community in Pensacola, FL. Seeking an experienced individual with emphasis in a residential community setting. Will perform the day-to-day routine maintenance and upkeep of the property to ensure high quality resident retention and customer service. As a member of the maintenance team will handle tenant work orders and building requests. Must have intermediate knowledge of basic trades (i.e., electrical, plumbing, HVAC). Must be a professional with a willingness to acquire new skills and utilize technology to assist in streamline processes. HVAC certification required. CFC Refrigerant Certificate, CPO Certificate a plus. After hours and on call required Competitive benefits package. Attach resume.
